Children's Ministry

Welcome to Harvest Dallas’s “Higher Ground” Children’s Ministry. We feel richly blessed to able to spend a small part of your child’s week, talking, praising and learning about God!   As children, they will study both the Old and New Testaments, key men and women of the Bible, important geographic locations throughout Scripture, and basic Bible theology--all with practical life application to where they live every day.  We encourage your child to reach for higher ground in his/her relationship with Jesus Christ. It’s our desire to supplement and support the primary leadership your child receives at home.

Communities         

Help Children establish spiritually healthy friendships. (Acts 2:42)

Love                         

Love children and give opportunities for children

to serve others in love. (1 John 4:7-8)

Imitate                      

Teach children to imitate Jesus Christ as they are

discipled from the bible (Ephesians 5:1)

Magnify                    

Children should magnify Jesus Christ through worship

and prayer (John 4:24 & Jeremiah 33:3)

Boldly                       

Children should be unafraid in sharing their faith

in Christ (Romans 1:16)

Children’s Check-In Procedure

The Security and safety of your children is our highest priority. Every child will be assigned a sticker with a code and their care giver will receive a matching sticker with code. This code will be matched when you come after the service to pick up your child. If you are a visitor, please stop by the children’s check-in table. We will need to gather some family information in order to check your child into their class. Should your child need you, your code will be displayed on the screen in the sanctuary.
